The truck accident occurred when the truck ran off the left side of the road, crossed the median into oncoming lanes of traffic in the southbound lanes and overturned. The 36-year-old driver of the truck was killed and the 22-year-old driver of the passenger vehicle was taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries.
